OUR STORY
BURN STRATEGY was born out of sheer passion for fitness coupled with the need to adapt to changing times. COVID-19 has had a crushing impact on the fitness industry. Gyms were forced to close, employees were laid off, personal trainers and other instructors lost clients. When the pandemic hit, we knew we had to do something to help the industry we love. Here at BURN STRATEGY, we're determined to help professionals not only survive but thrive!

MEET THE OWNER
Deidra is a veteran in the media industry, having worked in all forms of communication from television and film to social media and print. She is also a former athlete, coach, personal trainer and fitness model. She has represented some of the biggest names in fitness, including Nike and Gatorade.
